We work entirely from your design files. If you have approved 3D renders, CAD drawings, or a specification package, we take it from there. We do not modify your creative concept without approval.
For standard Octanorm or Maxima systems, 3–4 weeks from file approval to installation. For custom carpentry or complex structures, 6–8 weeks. We always confirm timelines before signing off.
Our project managers work in English and respond within 24 hours on business days. For urgent matters during show installation, you have direct WhatsApp access to the site supervisor.
Yes. Our warehouse network in Guadalajara, CDMX, and Tijuana allows us to run concurrent installations in different venues without resource conflicts.
Yes. A supervisor from our team is on call for the full duration of the event for any adjustments, repairs, or incidents. Dismantling and storage are also included.
