A custom exhibition booth starts not with materials or tools but with a conversation. Understanding your brand, your audience, and what you want people to feel when they walk into your space is the foundation of every successful custom build.
A good brief covers your available floor space and shape, the event and venue, your primary objective (lead generation, product launch, brand awareness), your brand guidelines, and your budget range. The more specific the brief, the faster and more accurate the design process.
Before any material is cut, you approve the complete design in photorealistic 3D. This includes all structural elements, graphic placements, lighting positions, furniture layout, and any interactive zones. Changes at this stage are easy and free. Changes after production begins are expensive and time-consuming.
Structural aluminum, tempered glass, certified wood veneers, metal finishes, and high-resolution vinyl graphics are the most common materials in premium custom builds. Each choice affects weight, cost, transportation logistics, and reusability across future events.
A standard custom booth requires 6 to 8 weeks from approved design to installation-ready. Complex builds with two-story structures, AV integration, or bespoke furniture require 10 to 12 weeks. Build your event calendar backward from your installation date.
Your booth arrives pre-labeled and pre-organized for efficient on-site assembly. A dedicated installation crew handles all structural and graphic work. You or your team should be present for a final walkthrough before the venue opens to confirm everything matches the approved design.
