Budgeting for a trade show booth rental in Mexico is more straightforward than most exhibitors expect — once you understand what's included in a full-service package and what typically comes as an add-on.
A complete rental package covers the structural system, custom graphic production, LED lighting, basic furniture (tables, chairs, reception counter), installation, and dismantling. Some providers also include venue coordination and freight to and from the show.
Venue electrical connections, internet service, storage rooms within the stand, specialized AV equipment, and branded giveaways are usually separate. Always ask for an itemized quote to understand exactly what each line item covers.
A 3x3m inline stand with graphics and lighting typically starts around MXN 25,000–40,000 for a 3-day event. A 6x6m corner stand with custom graphics runs MXN 80,000–140,000. Island stands of 9x9m and above start at MXN 200,000 and scale with complexity. These ranges vary by market, season, and lead time.
Look for line items covering: structure rental, graphic design and production, lighting, furniture, logistics (delivery and pickup), installation labor, dismantling labor, and any venue-specific fees. A quote missing any of these categories may have hidden costs.
For major expos like ANTAD or Expo Manufactura, booking 8–12 weeks in advance guarantees availability and the best pricing. Last-minute bookings within 3 weeks of an event are possible but typically carry a premium and limit design options.
